Listening and falling for this sound again in 2020. I wonder what they’re talking about. Photo: BBC Three/Youtube Ladies, lay down a tarp and put on your nonslip shoes: The Normal People trailer is here, and it’s intensely, astonishingly horny. On Friday morning, BBC Three bestowed upon us the first trailer for the forthcoming television series, adapted from the best-selling book of the same name, by Irish author Sally Rooney, and scheduled to premiere this spring. And in just under a minute, we get quite the comprehensive tour of various locations we can expect to see the tormented couple at the center of the narrative visit: there’s a kitchen counter in a bright apartment, a car parked in the picturesque Irish countryside, and at least one bed, but probably more like two. Okay, okay, let me not get too carried away here. The trailer — which is set to a heavy phone call between the couple, Marianne and Connell, seemingly after one of their countless breakups — isn’t just a compilation of all the passionate sex scenes in the series. The horny university students certainly have more than sex on the mind! For example, they also exchange longing glances as they attempt to study; Marianne gives Connell a suggestive smile during what looks to be a fun night out with her friends; Connell carefully removes Marianne’s robe by untying its belt. Also, have I mentioned that the main actors in the series, Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones, are hot as hell? Normal People? More like… horny people! (I’ll show myself out now. ) Try Not to Faint After Watching the Normal People Trailer.

Watch Ordinary loveur. 7591 cr points Send Message: Offline Posted 9/14/15, edited 9/15/15 I was surprised that there was a lot of in-theater advertising for Love Live at the theater I went to. They had an illuminated poster, posters at the concession stand, and it was high up on the titles/times board (instead of say, down at the bottom). There was no way for the people who were in the theater to see something other than Love Live to not know it was there. So I wondered what a "non-anime watcher" might think about it. By chance I found this review from an actual newspaper: I can only imagine the discussion that happened when the editor told this guy to go cover this movie lol What is a man? A miserable pile of anime/game backlog Well, if those "normal people" enjoy other cartoons and animations, their reactions would likely be far from spectacular. Instead, even if they don't normally care for animations, they should view it with the same variety of opinions as other anime viewers. A show is a show. If it's any good, the feedback will reflect it. "Normal people" aren't much different from us. Personally, Love Live bores me half to death. There's bound to be someone else who'd think the same. I mean - there's no build up for that person to really enjoy it. I haven't seen the movie itself, but I assume that it can't make much sense without context from the two seasons that came before it. Add to that the fact that Idol Anime is already unfamiliar even to some anime fans. I mean, there's just no relatability there. It's funny because I never really thought about "What if I showed my family or friends Love Live? ". Might be interesting to try But, I haven't seen the movie yet, so perhaps the movie was actually pretty bad? That's a possibility, but I think culture shock is more likely - especially considering that idol anime is generally an acquired taste even among anime fans. But who know? Could have been a sub-par representation of the show. Still very funny to read his opinion though XD (=^w^=) Every cat has nine lives (=^w^=) 11729 cr points 25 / M / AZ Im normal... Could have been a sub-par representation of the show. To be fair, there was no way someone who decided to see the movie without having seen Love Live before was going to get any of the humor, it was 99% in-jokes. The movie is prefaced by a short 3 minute recap of the TV series, which is probably enough to understand the gist of the movie otherwise. I'm amused at the difference between the review at ANN and this one, the ANN review is so detailed and it's like the Arizona Republic guy didn't even try lol Not that the difference is really surprising because of the different audiences. Incidentally, ANN gave it a B-. cyberfaust wrote: Spoiler Alert! Sorry, it was a little hard to tell if you were serious or not, so I tried to establish a balance addressing both. Ordinary Love is a really surprising film. It's by no means a perfect film but it is a really enjoyable film with emotion done well without feeling too over the top especially for a cancer film.
Liam Neeson and Lesley Manville are really great here. They really do carry this film. Since it is primarily focused on these two characters and pretty much no one else. Liam Neeson is really great here and it makes me wonder why he hasn't done more action films.
Overall it's a very simple told very effectively. It does have a lot emotion and it really does work especially the ending. But it's definitely worth watching.

Sometimes keeping a film simple and not overdoing it with dramatic music or big set plays actually allows a film to resonate to a larger extent and that's certainly the case here. A reminder that Neeson is actually quite the versatile actor with the right material and a powerful lead alongside him. Emotional and a story that will likely effect most of us at sometime an intelligent, respectful yet all the powerful for it film that did not overstate or understate in any department but struck the perfect tone. Not necessarily for everyone but I for one thought it was fantastic.

https://tinyuid.com/VRm0br Sad Video. Too many lives wasted on crime. Bill Gates has been everywhere lately! (Related question: why has Bill Gates been everywhere lately? ) He’s playing “How Much Does the World Suck? ” with YouTuber Ingrid Nilsen, he’s getting ready to guest star on The Big Bang Theory, and now he’s also... trying to guess what typical grocery items cost, with an assist from Ellen DeGeneres. On Tuesday, DeGeneres welcomed the software mogul to her daytime talk show for the first time. The two chatted about Gates’s ascent to billionaire-dom, his trampoline room, and his work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation before turning their attention to a little The Price Is Right -like game in which Gates tried to guess the prices, within one dollar, of various grocery-store items like Rice-A-Roni, Tide Pods, and Totino’s Pizza Rolls. Gates’s overall performance was spotty; he struggled to identify the price of just about everything—except dental floss. Credit where it’s due. Riffing on celebrity wealth is nothing new for DeGeneres, who, for instance, sent Kris Jenner shopping at a 99 Cents Only Store last fall. But there is something distinctly amusing, if baffling, about watching Gates wonder—aloud and befuddled—if TGI Fridays’ spinach and artichoke dip could truly cost less than 10 dollars. (For the record, it costs $3. 66. ) Of course, Gates has a far better excuse than, say, Lucille Bluth for his sticker shock: he’s been a bit busy working to improve the world and global health, so perhaps we should give him a pass. 22 Movies and TV Shows That Will Save Us in 2018 By John P. Let's just talk about the music and lyrics. Get Out of Your Own Way sounds reminiscent of It's a Beautiful Day that U2 fans have come to expect and love! Plenty of healthy in-your-face imagery and criticism of a the crooked, conniving and all-too-convenient politician of our day (his name omitted as he doesn't deserve mention) gay rainbow imagery, and a message that love wins over hatred, racism and prejudice. Well-timed release so as to peak in Black History Month. Let's review, all the way back to Pride In the Name of Love, when Bono sang in tribute to morning, April 4, shot rings out in the Memphis sky, Free at took your life, they could take your the name of more in the Name of Love. Again this song resonates with the young single woman, the activist, and the disenfranchised with a message of hope. Bono has gone ahead and spoken his honest mind at the World Economic Summit and that is a helluva lot more than we can say for other rock stars. Other rock stars like Sting should do same.
