Fantastic. I just watched this whole thing. I dont even dance ballet, but its so beautiful, and so satisfying to watch. Theyre all so talented. The drama is excellently done, from Claras Last humiliation and rejection by Fritz to the antics and battles with the mice. So far. Did anyone see Olya from. Russia has given the world so much, wonderful writers, musicians, dancers, theater and the they also saved the world from fascism, as a citizen of the world all i could say you Russia.

Alexandrova resigned and Kaptsova retired. working under contract means they may still dance under contracts with the Bolshoi. They may be ask to perform at social or charitable events. It is their choice. Maria Alexandrova has resigned from the theatre. she was losing ground in performances to the younger generation of ballerinas and that she has other more independent projects in mind.
I always admire the Russian ballet. Obviously they'r the best. There is other videos on here where the girls are doing a routine. They memorized the steps and are dancing them out with no regards to the music. This girl has become the sugar plum fairy and is dancing the music. All her hits are when the music hits. She is what a true ballet artist should be. She didnt dance the sugar plum fairy she BECAME the sugar plum fairy.
Bolshoi and Mariinsky are the best <3. They really do look like swans with the white costumes ! PERFECT. I like the conductor's energy level and brisk tempo for this production - it seems to work. 1:21:05 Please do not listen this piece: Tchaykovsky can steal tour heart. This was beautiful and absolutely wonderful. It brought tears to my eyes 😊. I wish I could be part of such a joyful and lovely scenery. It almost looks like a dream where everything is good and beautiful. Everything about this is so magnificent, the story, the length, the meaning. And to think that the timing and percision needed, one wrong move could just turn everything haywire.
